1. Acceptance

By using OmniSound ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

OmniSound allows you to stream audio from a PC browser to a mobile device over a local network using WebRTC technology. The service requires devices to be on the same Wi-Fi network (or a phone hotspot).

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use the mobile app.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may delete your account at any time from the app's profile settings.

4. Premium Features

• Premium is a one-time, lifetime purchase.
• Premium features include HD stereo audio, equalizer, low latency mode, and ad-free experience.
• Purchases are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store and are subject to their refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Interfere with the signaling server or other users' connections.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Audio quality depends on network conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
